Firstly, the beef is highly trimmed ready for the caterer to cut into steaks,
joints or dice and lastly because the meat is matured and highly trimmed means that
less time is needed to prepare the beef for cooking.

All the animals that arrive at our plant are lairaged
before entering the plant. This results in
our animals being stress free, which
